Women’s Support Sanctuary

We host women’s support groups, guided by a professional therapist, in a confidential setting, for women to explore personal issues and gain greater self-awareness to live life more fully. Through our group work, you will discover patterns in how you relate to others and deal with the challenges you face.

A typical session may include focussing on a chosen theme, for example relationships, aspirations, roles, confidence, emotions, stuck-ness. Our shared activities will range from working individually to pair work, small groups and experiencing ourselves in relation to the wider group. Through a range of fun experiments and games, quiet reflective and listening time, we will uncover our hidden selves in unique ways with new awareness of who and how we are.

Sessions are for up to 12 people and are £60 for a 2 hour session, for 8 weeks over alternate weeks

Our groups are in Oundle on Thursday evenings, Stamford on Monday evenings and Warmington on Wednesday evenings.
